The fast-growing and dynamic Children's Division of Pan Macmillan is seeking a highly motivated and talented rights professional to join the Macmillan Children's Books Rights team.

Reporting to the Rights Director, you will be responsible for selling co-edition and translation rights across the full Macmillan Children's Books list to a wide range of international customers. You will have a good knowledge of overseas rights markets, great enthusiasm for sales and excellent negotiating, communication and interpersonal skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 12 months' Rights selling experience and fluency in at least one foreign language.
