Our client is an internationally renowned publisher of high-quality art and illustrated coffee-table books. It is opening a new bookstore in London, and needs someone with strong retail experience in a similar position to lead a strong bookselling team.

The role will be varied, including co-ordinating and motivating the sales team, organising and hosting events and developing relationships with corporate businesses.

In light of this, prospective candidates must have good experience in a similar bookselling or arts retail background. The successful applicant will be creatively minded, able to create a vibrant ambience to reflect the nature of the titles published. Applicants will be enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills and a zest for the arts.
