Prominent international publisher seeks a confident, enthusiastic Digital Sales Assistant with proven communication skills, both on the telephone and face-to-face, to provide maternity cover initially for 6 months. This contract may be further extended beyond this.

The Assistant will provide wide-ranging support to the Head of Digital Content Licensing and for the digital business area. This is a new, key area for the company, and the Assistant will be joining at an exciting and busy time.

Responsibilities will include: sales fulfilment, support and liaison with the digital content team; database developing and maintaining; customer support and liaison; sharing information with other digital areas of our business and Editorial teams; problem solving; invoicing and diary management.

Applicants need to be sales-oriented with excellent analytical skills, have initiative and strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and be someone who is motivated by the challenges of a sales environment and has a desire to develop a career within the digital publishing industry.
