Natasha Bardon, deputy publishing director at HarperVoyager, has been promoted to publishing director with immediate effect.
The move follows Emma Coode’s decision to step back to a part-time role as editorial director of Voyager. Jane Johnson’s role as publishing director remains unchanged.

She said: “I am absolutely delighted to be stepping into the role of publishing director. HarperVoyager has an incredible legacy of publishing extraordinary talent and I cannot wait to help steer this brilliant imprint into the future.”
Kate Elton, executive publisher at HarperCollins, said: “In her six years at Voyager Tash has proven herself to be a brilliant and passionate publisher with a fantastic eye for emerging talent, and I’m delighted that with this promotion we are able to acknowledge the key role she plays in a hugely important part of the HarperFiction business.”
