Blink bags Scarlett Moffatt memoir

Blink Publishing has signed the autobiography of "I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here" winner and former “Gogglebox” star Scarlett Moffatt.

Natalie Jerome, licensing & brand director of Kings Road Publishing, acquired world rights from John Noel and Jadeen Singh at John Noel Management to Me Life Story, Sofa, so good! It will be published under the Blink Publishing imprint in October 2017.

“From 'Gogglebox' breakout star, to winner of ITV’s 'I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!', and achieving her dream of presenting with Ant and Dec on 'Saturday Night Takeaway', Scarlett is quickly fast-tracking to national treasure status”, the publisher said.

The publisher added: “But along with the highs there have been tough times, including bullying during her teenage years. With her typical tenacity and trademark wit, Scarlett pulls through it all.”

Moffatt said: "I love nothing better than sitting on my sofa, in my comfies, brew in my hand and having a good old natter. I'd love you to join me and chat about me life so far, the crazy times, the highs, the lows and some funny (sometimes embarrassing) stories, sofa so good..."

Moffatt’s first book Scarlett Moffatt: Scarlett Says (Boxtree) was published last year.
