Bloomsbury has signed two more books by Natasha Pulley, whose debut is shortlisted for the Authors’ Club Best First Novel prize.
Alexa von Hirschberg of Bloomsbury UK and Lea Beresford of Bloomsbury USA acquired World English rights to the next two novels by Pulley, author of the forthcoming The Bedlam Stacks (Summer 2017), from Jenny Savill at Andrew Nurnberg Associates.
The first title will be a sequel to Pulley’s debut, The Watchmaker of Filigree Street, which has been shortlisted for the Authors’ Club Best First Novel Award 2015, about a man who can remember the future.
The second will be a standalone novel about changelings born with wings, the most dangerous deformity in 17th century Christendom.
The winner of Authors’ Club Best First Novel Award is announced on 7th June.
