Book Aid International is hosting its annual literary quiz night in October with "Drop the Dead Donkey" actor Neil Pearson as quiz master.
Returning for a seventh year, the charity promises the event will be "bigger and better than ever". It takes place at a new, larger venue - The Warwick in Soho - on Tuesday 24th October 2017. Doors open at 6pm for a 7pm start.
The night will feature a raffle with the chance to win prizes including a dinner for two, wine tasting and The School of Life goodies.
The charity urges: "So gather your friends, swat up on your books and join us for a fun-packed evening in support of readers around the world who face the greatest challenges to accessing books."
Tickets cost £18 per person (teams of six maximum), including light finger food. Quizzers can book a place by contacting events@bookaid.org or calling 020 7326 5801.
