Headline has made two promotions within its press office, with Caitlin Raynor made deputy communications director.
Raynor, previously head of publicity, was promoted "in appreciation for all the great top level work she does for Headline and Headline authors". She has supported authors including Deborah Harkness, Victoria Hislop, Arabella Weir and Monica Wood.
Frances Gough meanwhile, previously senior press officer, has been promoted to publicity manager. Gough was praised for her "brilliant solo campaigns", including Doggo, Fleur, Stephanie Pratt, Frank Turner and The Dish. She was also described as "a keen driver" of Rooftop Book Club, which hosted authors Maggie O'Farrell and Monica Wood last month.
Katie Brown also starts as Tinder Press and Headline PR manager at Headline next week, replacing Elizabeth Masters, who has been appointed Quercus' deputy publicity director. Brown has been working freelance and previously worked at Riot Communications as senior campaigns executive.
