The Eye for the Tiger as O'Hart earns her Stripes

Little Tiger imprint Stripes Publishing has acquired two standalone middle grade fantasy novels by Irish author Sinéad O’Hart, described by the publisher as a “bold new voice in children’s fiction”.

Commissioning editor Katie Jennings bought UK and Commonwealth rights (excluding Canada) to The Eye of the North, and a second novel, from Polly Nolan at Greenhouse Literary Agency.

North American rights to both went to Knopf.

Stripes will publish in spring 2018, with the second novel due in 2019.
