Ferguson joins Hardman & Swainson

Hannah Ferguson is joining Hardman & Swainson as an agent, bringing her list from The Marsh Agency with her.

Ferguson will start at the company on 15th September, after seven years at The Marsh Agency.

Her clients include Ali McNamara, Miranda Dickinson and Louise Walters.

Hardman & Swainson was set up in June 2012 by Joanna Swainson and Caroline Hardman.

She said: “After seven happy years at The Marsh Agency, I am excited to be joining Caroline and Jo at Hardman & Swainson, and I'm thrilled to be bringing my wonderful authors to join theirs. I've admired the agency and what they've achieved since setting up so I'm excited to be a part of its expansion and seeing what the future will bring.”

Hardman said: “As a former colleague of Hannah's I know first-hand what a talented agent she is. She has great taste and a fantastic list of authors. Jo and I are thrilled that she'll be joining us.”

Hardman & Swainson opened with 18 authors, and has more than doubled its client list.
