Headline is publishing Charlotte Crosby's 30-day Blitz, a "tried-and-tested plan for getting back on track".
According to Headline, the book will leave readers "not only looking better but feeling better too", including both a daily exercise plan created by Crosby's trainer, David Souter, and "easy-to-prepare", nutritious recipes for busy lifestyles. It will be published in trade paperback on 28th December 2017.
The book follows Crosby's bestselling fitness DVD "3-Minute Belly Blitz" and memoirs Me Me Me (2015, Headline) and Brand New Me (June 2017, Headline). The latter has sold 23,830 copies for £209,085 through Nielsen to date, in which charts it also scored a hardback fiction number one.
Headline publishing director Sarah Emsley said: "Charlotte’s '3-Minute Belly Blitz' is the UK’s bestselling fitness of DVD of all time so we are incredibly excited to see what happens when Charlotte brings her Blitz magic to the UK’s bookshelves. Charlotte has a unique way of mobilising her fanbase to ensure they feel a part of everything she does so we are delighted to be launching a bespoke social media campaign alongside the book to ensure Charlotte’s fans can all take part in the Blitz challenge with her."
Crosby, who appeared in reality TV show "Geordie Shore" and won 2013's "Celebrity Big Brother", commented: "I can’t believe I am actually on to my fourth book. I couldn’t ask to be doing it with a more amazing publishing house than Headline. We have a fantastic team and we are planning on building our own little library of Charlotte books in the near future."
The book will feature among a range of new titles geared towards the 'new year, new you' market, with Chloe Madeley’s debut fitness book, The 4-Week Body Blitz, publishing with Transworld on the same day.
