The three finalists of "The Great British Bake Off", revealed in last night's show (19th October), are signing copies of Hodder and Stoughton's TV tie-in book in bookshops across the UK.
Candice Brown, Jane Beedle and Andrew Smyth will meet Bake Off fans in person and sign copies of the 2016 TV tie-in at signings taking place in London, Birmingham, Manchester and the bakers' home towns of Bromley, Milton Keynes and Belfast.
The Great British Bake Off: Perfect Cakes & Bakes to Make at Home accompanies the 2016 TV series. Each chapter includes favourite classics with a twist, recipes with simple ingredients to create something adventurous, and showstoppers worthy of Star Baker. The book also contains the best of the bakers' recipes from the new series as well as the technical challenges by co-hosts Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood.
The signings kick off in Waterstones Piccadilly, London at 1pm on Thursday 27th October, with tour stops continuing at Waterstones High Street, Birmingham at midday and Waterstones Trafford Centre at 5pm on Friday 28th October. Individual signings will take place at 1pm on 29th October in each of the finalists home towns: Bromley, for Beedle, at Waterstones Intu Shopping Centre; Milton Keynes, for Brown, at WH Smith MK; and Belfast, for Smyth, at Waterstones Fountain Street.
Judge Mary Berry is also embarking on a tour of signings. Announced last week, she will sign copies of her new book Family Sunday Lunches (Headline), starting at the RHS Garden Wisley Plant Centre in Woking on 29th October. Berry's month-long tour follows her decision to quit the show after GBBO was bought by Channel 4, following an impasse in rights negotiations between the BBC and Love Productions.
