Jane Finigan has been made a partner at agency Lutyens & Rubinstein after 10 years with the business.
Finigan joined Lutyens & Rubinstein in 2006, and has been credited with building a "superb" client list, as well as playing "a key role" in the management of the agency, the company said.
Among her clients are Ned Beauman, Meera Sodha, Lisa Owens, Non Pratt and Claire Fuller.
Finigan was also chief designer behind the "iconic" typewriter bags and other merchanising used by the agency's bookshop, which opened in 2009. The agency was founded in 1993 by Sarah Lutyens and Felicity Rubinstein.
The pair said: "We feel tremendously lucky to have found in Jane a perfect partner for the future of the company. Her wisdom, vision, tenacity and diplomacy have made her the outstanding agent of her generation."
Finigan said: "Since my first role at L&R as Sarah and Felicity’s assistant I knew I’d found my home in publishing, it’s a wonderful agency to be part of and I’m delighted and honoured to be making this next step with them."
