A small number of job losses will occur as Bonnier moves UK publishing businesses to Surrey.
Autumn Publishing, Weldon Owen and Red Lemon Press will all move to join Templar at a site in Dorking, Surrey, in January. Only Hot Key Books will remain in London.
Bonnier said that fewer than 2% of the group's total employees would leave as a result of consolidation and office relocation. No changes will be made to the senior management team.
Richard Johnson, Bonnier Publishing c.e.o, said: "The consolidation of our UK companies into one building in Dorking allows us to become even more efficient in the way we buy and sell around the world. We have been planning this for some time and there will be no disruption to our customers and contributors as a result."
