Peter’s skies the limit

Gollancz has acquired world rights to a science-fiction/crime crossover novel—with a love story at its core—and two further books from first-time novelist Sam Peter.

From Darkest Skies is said to be a commercial novel that will appeal to readers of cyberpunk and crime noir; it explores artificial intelligence and the complexities of mankind’s relationship with it.

Gollancz commissioning editor Marcus Gipps struck the deal with Robert Dinsdale at A M Heath and will publish in April 2017.
