Bonnier Zaffre has appointed Stephen Dumughn to the newly-created role of marketing director.
Dumughn, currently deputy marketing director at Little, Brown, was previously at Random House and Pan Macmillan.
After six years with Little, Brown, he joins Bonnier Zaffre on 9th August, reporting to James Horobin, executive director for sales and marketing at Bonnier Zaffre.
Horobin said: “Stephen brings enormous experience of building and developing author brands and will be a fantastic addition to our team at Bonnier Zaffre. I’m thrilled to have found a marketing director of Stephen’s calibre to lead our marketing team at this crucial early stage of Bonnier Zaffre’s growth plan."
Dumughn said: "I’m incredibly excited to be joining the dynamic Bonnier Zaffre team and can’t wait to start working on their growing list of brilliant books and authors. I will be very sad to leave Little, Brown after more than six rewarding and memorable years here, and I will look back on my time with great affection, but it’s clear something quite special is happening at Bonnier Publishing at the moment - and I couldn’t resist being part of it."
