Fiction: Hoover vacuums up the sales

Colleen Hoover started 2023 exactly as she ended 2022, with a fiction chart double—It Ends with Us (S&S), 2022’s overall bestseller, took the Mass-Market Fiction number one for a 17th week and its

prequel It Starts with Us scored its sixth week in the Original Fiction pole.

Short story collections John Grisham’s Sparring Partners (Hodder) and Ali Hazelwood’s Loathe to Love You (Sphere) both entered the Mass-Market Fiction top 20, as Gill Hornby’s Godmersham Park (Penguin), Taylor Jenkins Reid’s After I Do (S&S) and Kitty Neale’s The Abandoned Child (Avon) also débuted.
