Yesterday, on World Book Day, the winners of this year's Blue Peter Book Award were announced. The judges (including WLTB editor Anna) chose three fiction books and three books with facts for the shortlists and children up and down the country voted for their winner. The winner of the best book with facts was The Silly Book of Side-Splitting Stuff by Andy Seed and illustrated by Scott Garrett. The Spy Who Loved School Dinners won the best story book award, and we talked to its author, Pamela Butchart, about winning.
