Andersen Press commissioning editor for fiction Chloe Sackur has secured world rights in a new Middle Grade novel by Rosanne Parry, billed as "the 21st-century White Fang”.
A Wolf Called Wander, due in spring 2019, is based on a real-life wolf nicknamed OR-7 by the scientists who tracked his 1,000-mile journey across the US, made after his pack was attacked by other wolves.
Sackur struck the deal with Transatlantic Agency’s Fiona Kenshole. Spanish artist Mónica Armiño will illustrate the story.
