Arrow deputy publisher Emily Griffin has been promoted to publishing director of the imprint and will also join the Cornerstone executive team.
Griffin joined Cornerstone in 2017 after seven years at Headline. She has since published a string of Sunday Times bestsellers including Heidi Perks, Gilly Macmillan and Ellie Dean, as well as acquiring The Silent Treatment by Abbie Greaves in a six-way auction.
Selina Walker, publisher of Century and Arrow, praised Griffin’s keen eye for commercial bestsellers.
She said: “She is a wonderfully creative and empathetic editor, a great head of Arrow and an inspiring manager who her team look up to. We look forward to welcoming her to our leadership team.”
