Avon strikes new two-book deal with Fiona Gibson

Avon has signed a new two-book deal with Sunday Times bestselling author Fiona Gibson. 

Senior commissioning editor Tilda McDonald acquired world English rights from Caroline Sheldon of the Caroline Sheldon Literary Agency.

Avon has published Gibson since 2010, most recently publishing When Life Gives You Lemons on 5th March. 

McDonald said: “Fiona’s books appeal to women from all generations and she has a knack for expressing real issues with a light and humorous touch. We are pleased to continue our very successful partnership and excited to publish more of her very funny and moving books. She has no shortage of brilliant ideas up her sleeve.”

Gibson added: “From publication of my first Avon title 10 years ago, it has been an absolute pleasure to be paired with such brilliant editors, and I very much look forward to working together on these two forthcoming titles.”
