Black & White lands menopause book from Kaye Adams and Vicky Allan

Black & White Publishing has acquired Still Hot! by "Loose Woman" Kaye Adams and author Vicky Allan.

Publishing director Alison McBride acquired world rights direct from the authors. The title will be published on 15th October 2020. 

Still Hot! is a collection of "funny, surprising, affecting and emotional stories about the last taboo in women’s health – the menopause." The stories will cover everything from workplace struggles to marital strife, love and sex, with the aim of showing that there is no such thing as 'the' menopause, but that it affects each woman in unique ways.

The book will feature contributions from 40 women including Lorraine Kelly, Val McDermid, Baroness Sayeeda Warsi, Denise Welch, and Angie Greaves, many of whom are sharing their experiences for the first time. 

Adams is an anchor on ITV's "Loose Women" and Allan has published books including Taking the Plunge (Black & White Publishing, 2019).
