Bloomsbury is publishing Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's latest book, Eat Better Forever: 7 Simple Ways to Transform Your Diet, at the end of December.
The publisher bought world all languages from Antony Topping at Greene & Heaton.
Publishing director Rowan Yapp said: “Eat Better Forever is an inspiring book which shows us how to improve our diet in a sustainable way and puts delicious recipes at the heart of the process. Hugh really loves and understands food and this shines through in this book in which healthy is a downright pleasure.”
The book features over 100 recipes that "distil the latest cutting-edge research on diet and health into seven simple categories" to improve eating habits.
Fearnley-Whittingstall is a writer, broadcaster and campaigner. He has sold a total of 2.14 million books for £31.1m through Nielsen BookScan's UK TCM with his bestseller River Cottage Veg Every Day! at 439,218 copies sold. His books have collected multiple awards including the Glenfiddich Trophy and the Andre Simon Food Book of the Year.
Fearnley-Whittingstall said: "I’ve always tried to write books that can actually change people’s lives, and now I’ve tried to write one that might even save a few. But it’s not me who has the power to do that – it’s the food you choose to eat. It’s increasingly clear that of all our life choices, the single biggest influence on our health, wellbeing and resilience, is our food. And if you’re in any doubt about that now, then I think you’ll be convinced pretty soon after you’ve picked up this book.”
The book will be released in hardback on 31st December.
