Bluebird bags three Pinch of Nom titles

Pan Macmillan imprint Bluebird has bagged three titles from recipe bloggers Pinch of Nom following a pre-empt deal for their first cookbook.

Publisher Carole Tonkinson acquired world rights from agent Clare Hulton for a food planner, to be published on 13th June, an untitled new cookbook for 26th December and a second food planner scheduled for 19th March 2020.

Last autumn, Tonkinson pre-empted Pinch of Nom: 100 Slimming, Home-style Recipes and the publisher has been encouraged by its pre-orders ahead of the 21st March publication date.

Both Pinch of Nom Food Planners will compliment their recipe books, featuring two recipes per month alongside motivational quotes, hints and tips from the team and community members.

Bluebird said: “The second Pinch of Nom cookbook will include even more mouth-watering recipes that can help home-cooks slim down while enjoying exciting, delicious and satisfying meals. Each recipe will be tried and tested by selected Pinch of Nom community members to ensure it is healthy, full of flavour and easy to make.”

Chefs Kay Featherstone and Kate Allinson said: “Pinch of Nom has had such an amazing year, and we’re so overwhelmed by the support our community has given us. We’re looking forward everything that’s happening this year and next. We’re thrilled and excited to be working with Carole and Bluebird again.”

Tonkinson added: “We have absolutely loved working with Kay and Kate and the Pinch of Nom team on their first book and the excitement is building to a fever pitch amongst community members and retailers as we approach publication date.
