Boldwood has announced it has signed 12 new authors, as it passes 30 million books sold since it was founded five years ago. The new writers signed bring the total number of authors contracted to 179.
Among the new writers signed are historical fiction writers Kate Eastham and Jane Lark, as well as the romance authors Sharon Booth and Kiley Dunbar. Also included are Roman action thriller titles from Adam Lofthouse and a contemporary international thriller series from Alex Shaw.
Emotional women’s fiction authors Emma Cooper and Lisa Timoney are bringing their new fiction to Boldwood, alongside bestselling author Lauren Westwood who is contributing her historical mystery novels.
Boldwood is also welcoming US authors Nora Phoenix and Cissy Mecca to its romance list and it will also be publishing its first romantasy series with C L Mecca.
This new acquisition list is rounded off by Gervase Phinn who is writing a nostalgic, feel-good village school series, "with his Yorkshire warmth and humour". All authors have been contracted on multi-book deals and will be published in every format simultaneously in all English-language territories.
