Bonnier Books UK is moving from its current London head office in Victoria House, Bloomsbury, to HYLO, an office building in the Old Street area.
Jonathan Perdoni, c.f.o and c.o.o of Bonnier Books UK, said: "We are hugely excited about the possibilities our new office will create. Crucially, we will be able to enjoy a significantly larger space to support the needs of the business and new ways of working that we have adopted over recent years. Our time in Victoria House was always intended as a stepping stone to a longer-term London base as we continue to grow the business.
He added: "We will have more desks and meeting rooms, as well as more events space. It’s in a fantastic location and will be bright, airy and modern whilst providing outstanding facilities to our staff. Moving to HYLO will further strengthen company culture, encouraging greater collaboration, creativity and learning in a way that will support our next phase of growth."
The move is set to take place in January 2025. Igloo Books will continue to be based at its office in Sywell, Northampton. Bonnier Books UK’s other offices in Edinburgh and Chichester will also be unaffected by the move.
HYLO is an award-winning 260,000 sq ft Grade A office building developed by CIT.
