Liane Moriarty's The Husband's Secret (Penguin) has reigned atop the Bookstat e-book top 10 for a second week running. The top three e-book bestsellers for the week ending 27th March remained the same as the week before, with J P Delaney's Playing Nice (Quercus) and Mike Gayle's All the Lonely People (Hodder & Stoughton) joining The Husband's Secret at the top. Beth O'Leary's The Switch (Quercus) climbed to fourth.
D S Butler's On Cold Ground (Thomas & Mercer) and Clare Chambers' Small Pleasures (Weidenfeld & Nicolson) made their debuts in the top 10, with J R R Tolkien's The Hobbit (HarperCollins) becoming one of the oldest title to debut in the Bookstat chart. The fantasy title, originally published in 1937, scored ninth place, after the e-book spent a brief period priced at 99p.
Clarification: Hachette has confirmed that Playing Nice sold 8,047 copies, All the Lonely People 6,976, The Switch 5,841 and Small Pleasures 7,457.
