Aster, part of the Octopus Publishing Group, is to publish a plant-based recipe book by the founder of the restaurant the Farmacy Kitchen, Camilla Fayed.
Kate Adams, consultant publisher at Octopus Publishing Group, acquired world rights direct from the author to Farmacy Kitchen: Plant-based recipes for a conscious way of life.
Following the concept of ‘simple abundance’ in the food they create, Farmacy uses fresh, colourful and whole foods in inspired combinations for maximum taste, digestion and enjoyment.
Fayed began her career working in the family business, learning about the world of retail and quality service at the world's most prestigious department store, Harrods of London. From there, she headed up her own fashion label, the British-led Issa. She then turned her attention to focus on her personal interests, building a food and lifestyle concept based around healthy eating and conscious living.
Fayed said: “Farmacy is a reflection of all the things I care about. It is an inclusive and friendly environment in which to eat food that is both delicious and healthy.”
Adams added: “When I step into Farmacy I find it to be such an energising place, with delicious food that happens to be good for me. I hope that’s exactly the energy we put into the book for everyone to have at home.”
Farmacy Kitchen: Plant-based recipes for a conscious way of life by Camilla Fayed will be published in hardback on 14th June 2018 at £25.
