John Cleese will go on a nationwide book and theatre tour this autumn to publicise his memoir So, Anyway… (Random House Books).
The Monty Python and "Fawlty Towers" actor and writer will begin the tour with a signing at Waterstones Piccadilly on publication day, 9th October.
There will also be signings at Toppings in Bath on 12th October, Heffers in Cambridge on 19th October and at WH Smith in Selfridges, London, on 11th December. There will also be further signings scheduled in the run-up to Christmas.
Theatre dates will see Cleese performing a one-man show based around the book. He will appear at theatres in Cambridge, Aylesbury, Malvern, Edinburgh, London, Canterbury, Warwick, Guildford, Tunbridge Wells, and Bristol.
Cleese will also appear at The Times and The Sunday Times Cheltenham Festival of Literature.
Tickets to the theatre events, which cost £29.50 at most venues (excluding booking fees), include a copy of So, Anyway…, which is released in hardback on 9th October costing £20.
