Isabel Coburn is moving from Cornerstone to HarperCollins, where she will take up the role of head of sales for HarperFiction.
Coburn, who will join HarperCollins on 16th October, is currently Cornerstone sales manager and will replace Sarah Collett, who left at the end of last month to become a nutritional therapist.
Coburn will report to UK sales director Anna Derkacz in her new role and will be in charge of the Waterstones account for HarperCollins.
She said: “I have had a fantastic time at Cornerstone and I will miss them and the wider Penguin Random House team hugely, but am incredibly excited to be moving over to HarperCollins. I have always envied their exceptional fiction list, and am thrilled to be joining the team.”
Derkacz added: “I am so pleased to have tempted Isabel away from Cornerstone and PRH. She brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm and I am sure she will help drive HarperFiction’s sales to even greater heights.”
