Cochrane appointed director of Maria B Campbell Associates UK

Elizabeth Cochrane has been appointed director of Maria B Campbell Associates UK to head the London office of the New York scouting agency.

Colchrane will start her new role on 3rd January 2022, moving from her role as director of UK and international scouting at CTL Scouting where she focused exclusively on book-to-film scouting.

Before that she worked at Mira Trenchard Literary Scouting, combining international books alongside film and TV scouting. Her new role at Maria B Campbell Associates sees a return to the international publishing scene while using her extensive experience in the book to film world. She first entered publishing in 2003, working for literary agent Lavinia Trevor, after which she managed foreign rights at the Greene & Heaton Agency.

She said: "I'm excited to join such a venerable scouting agency as Maria B Campbell Associates. I will miss my colleagues at CTL Scouting tremendously, but I look forward to heading a larger office, combining all parts of my professional experience."
