Daniela Schlingmann said: "Teresa is passionate about making books travel, and brings a global perspective on the industry, publishing nous and excellent contacts to the business that will strengthen the agency further. I couldn’t be happier to have her on board."
Pütz added: "I am very excited to join Daniela and her talented team. DSLS scouts for an impressive roster of prestigious publishers and I’m looking forward to supporting them in building bridges, curating their lists and playing a part in the agency’s future growth."
Thillaye will join the agency next month from her role as foreign rights manager at the Quarto Group. She said: "I am looking forward to joining DSLS at an exciting time, and I can't wait to start working with the agency's outstanding team and put my knowledge of the international children's book market to good use with them."
Schlingmann said: "We celebrated our 15th anniversary last year and it is wonderful to see how the agency has grown in that time. Teresa and Mahault’s experience and skills will enable us to continue to deliver the very best service to our clients. With the support of such a creative and dynamic team, the future looks bright and the next chapter of our story will be exciting."
