Ebury has announced a raft of changes to its communication teams, including six new promotions.
Anna Bowen, Laura Nicol and Stephenie Reynolds have each been promoted to the newly-created role of campaigns director.
In their new briefs, they will "step up the work they have been doing within their hubs", alongside taking on new areas of responsibility and leadership.
Anna Bowen becomes campaigns director (Ebury Self), Laura Nicol becomes campaigns director (Ebury Smart), and Steph Reynolds becomes campaigns director (Ebury Food and Lifestyle).
Louise Jones, Ebury communications director, said: "Anna, Laura and Steph are highly respected leaders who have planned and delivered strategic campaigns with expert knowledge and creativity. They excel in finding new readers for our authors, and they each have critical roles in growing Ebury as a talent-led, audience-first publisher."
Alongside these new roles, Lucy Brown has been promoted to senior campaigns manager (Ebury Spotlight), Shelise Robertson has been promoted to campaigns manager, Shasmin Mozomil has been promoted to senior designer, and Shikha Jajoo will move into the Ebury central audiences team as marketing executive.
Ebury restructured into audience-focused Hubs five years ago, after winning Publisher of the Year at this year’s British Book Awards.
