Hargrave said: “I am absolutely thrilled to join the brilliant team at Black & White, whose work as a dynamic, innovative and wide-ranging independent I have long admired. I very much look forward to leading the editorial team here at Black & White and working together to build on existing success and to explore new ideas for an outstanding list that showcases contemporary writing talent from the UK and beyond.”
Campbell Brown, m.d. at Black & White's, added that Hargrave brough a "wealth of experience and will be a real asset to our business, working closely with our authors and contributing to the list".
