Endeavour lands Jeevan's take on motivation

Octopus imprint Endeavour has won the auction for “groundbreaking new smart thinking book” by Sharath Jeevan. 
 
Publishing director Claudia Connal bought UK and Commonwealth rights to Intrinsic: How we can reignite our inner drive in a rewards obsessed world by Sharath Jeevan from Rachel Mills of Rachel Mills Literary. Endeavour will publish in Spring 2021. 
 
In Intrinsic, motivation expert Jeevan “takes a global perspective to find practical, nuanced and inspirational answers to this question of how we can find intrinsic motivation in five key areas of our lives - work, relationships, parenting, talent development and leadership,” reads the synopsis.
