Fantasy book subscription box service FairyLoot is to launch an Epic Fantasy Quarterly Box that it says will "shine a spotlight on the epic fantasy sub-genre".
Launching in May 2025, FairyLoot said the new subscription would offer distinct content from the existing YA, adult, and romantasy subscription lines, expanding FairyLoot’s market reach. It’s also a response to the strong demand FairyLoot has observed within its community.
Titles chosen for future subscription boxes have yet to be revealed, but the subscription service has plans to add exclusive customisations to each novel chosen.
Anissa de Gomery, c.e.o. of FairyLoot, said: "We are delighted to respond to the reading desires of our community with our new Epic Fantasy box, perfect for fans of epic quests, high stakes and legendary heroes." She added that there were "even more surprises in store for FairyLoot customers later this year".
Established in 2016, FairyLoot is part of a fast-growing retail area for publishers of genre fiction and beyond.
