The Frampton Method finds a home at Pavilion

Pavilion Books is to publish the début book by international model Roger Frampton.

Publishing director Katie Cowan acquired world rights to Frampton’s The Flexible Body from Ben Clark of LAW.

The “sought-after” personal trainer’s Frampton Method uses mindful movement and bodyweight exercises that combine aspects of gymnastics with yoga; his book will reveal how he trains at home.

Pavilion will publish in January 2018.
