Gibson Square will publish Prince Andrew: The End of the Monarchy and Epstein by Nigel Cawthorne.
The publisher acquired world, all-language rights direct from the author, and will publish in June.
Prince Andrew: The End of the Monarchy and Epstein investigates the story of the key players and allegations and counter-allegations in the Prince Andrew and Jeffrey Epstein saga. The book will explore Prince Andrew's "threat to the monarchy" as well as what Cawthorne describes as "Buckingham Palace’s mishandling of the affair".
Martin Rynja, publisher at Gibson Square, commented: "Nigel is a great writer with a gift for anecdotal detail, and the story is riveting. Giving it the broader storyline, [of] how Epstein is pulling the rug from underneath the House of Windsor, makes the book more interesting to foreign markets and broadcasters as well."
Cawthorne is the author of several other books, including Cults (Quercus, 2019), Killer Women (Quercus, 2018) and #WeToo in the White House: Love, Scandals and Power - From Donald Trump to George Washington (Gibson Square, 2018).
