Hannah Griffiths, formerly fiction and paperback publisher at Faber, has been appointed as the new head of literary acquisitions at independent television, film and digital production and distribution company All3Media.
Griffiths will join All3Media in September. In this newly-created position, Griffiths will be responsible for acquiring new manuscripts and books, both fiction and non-fiction, for the production companies within the All3Media group to option and develop into new series. Based at All3Media HQ Griffths will act as a central talent resource across the business reporting directly to All3Media chief operating officer, Sara Geater.

Prior to her time at Faber, Griffiths worked as a book agent at Curtis Brown.
Geater said: “Creative talent is at the heart of All3Media and in this new role, with her proven success in acquiring prize winning writers and delivering quality content for a wide audience, Hannah will prove a highly valuable asset to the group.”
Griffiths added: “I'm thrilled to join the talented team at All3Media and look forward to the challenge of finding great stories and writers in this new and exciting environment.”
