Helen Jenner, currently digital publishing manager at Transworld, is set to become commissioning editor at digital publisher Bookouture.
Jenner will report to publishing director Jenny Geras, who joined Bookouture from Cornerstone at the beginning of this year to establish and lead an expanding new fiction team.
Geras said: "Helen has the perfect match of commercial sensibility and digital savvy for Bookouture, and I know she will make a brilliant transition to an acquiring role."
Jenner, who has worked at Penguin Random House for six years, said: "It is with great sadness that I say goodbye to my wonderful colleagues at Transworld. However, I have long admired Bookouture and its innovation and creativity and I’m thrilled to be joining such a successful team."
In her digital role at Transworld, Jenner worked across the list with authors including Paula Hawkins, Lee Child and Cathy Bramley, and most recently launched the Pocket Universe App with Stephen Hawking.
