Hodder & Stoughton will publish a new cookbook from chef Gordon Ramsay, Ramsay in 10, inspired by his YouTube series of the same name.
Editorial director Nicky Ross acquired world all language rights. It will be published in hardback on the 14th October 2021. The Grand Central Division of the Hachette Book Group in the US will publish simultaneously, with the UK and US teams launching a "showstopping global campaign".
Ross said: “I’m thrilled to be publishing Gordon’s brilliant Ramsay in 10 this autumn. Just like his YouTube series, it will introduce so much flavour and fun into the home - it offers fast food at its finest, and fine food at its fastest.”
The publisher said: “In Ramsay in 10, superstar chef Gordon has drawn on more than 25 years of hands-on experience to create 100 new and delicious recipes, inspired by his hit YouTube series, which he launched in September 2019 to his over 17 million subscribers, gaining over nine million views on the first video alone. The series continued during the UK lockdown in 2020 and has trended on the YouTube charts in both the UK and US with over 47 million views to date.”
“Ramsay in 10 will inspire readers to get organised in the kitchen to produce something amazing and flavoursome in a super short timeframe. What started out as an original concept for Gordon’s online community, became something so much bigger, that was fast-paced, full of energy and challenged the chef to see what could be achieved in just 10 minutes using fresh ingredients and clever shortcuts.”
Ramsay said: “When I’m shooting Ramsay in 10, I'm genuinely full of excitement and energy because I get to show everyone how to really cook with confidence. The Ramsay in 10 book feels truly authentic to me. I'm sharing even more incredible recipes that can be cooked in 10 minutes, and honestly, it doesn't matter if it takes you 10 minutes, 12 minutes or even 15 minutes, to me, it's about sharing my knowledge and expertise, to make everyone feel like better, happier cooks.”
