HQ promotes Period. with free tampons in LBF loos

HarperCollins imprint HQ has provided free tampons and sanitary towels, available in the toilets at this year’s London Book Fair, to promote Emma Barnett’s Period., described by HQ as “the agenda-setting manifesto to remove the stigma and myths that continue to surround the female body”.

Barnett will be at the fair this afternoon (13th March) to promote the book, which will be published in the UK in September 2019.
