Independent publishers select their highlights of the autumn season

As the Frankfurt Book Fair draws nearer and a frenzy of pre-Christmas activity kindles the publishing and bookselling world, The Bookseller invited a selection of UK indie publishers to recommend one title they would pick out of their own autumn offering, plus the one they would single out from another indie. The result produced multiple nominations for Canongate and Faber titles, with a strong nod to the upcoming COP26 summit.
