Bonnier Books UK has appointed Vicky Joss from Head of Zeus and Francesca Eades to its adult marketing team, as it expands.
Joss (pictured, top) has been appointed marketing manager for adult trade fiction and non-fiction. Currently at Head of Zeus, Joss has been marketing manager for Aria and Aries, the independent publisher’s digital fiction imprints, for the past two years.
In her time at Head of Zeus, she has worked on campaigns for bestselling authors including Nadine Dorries and Julie Houston, and has overseen the rapid growth of its online consumer communities, as well as leading the publisher’s digital marketing strategy. Joss will report to Felice McKeown, campaigns director in adult trade publishing.

Eades (pictured, below right) also joins as marketing manager, with specific marketing responsibility for Bonnier Books UK’s new adult non-fiction lists, Nine Eight, a currently unnamed business led by Rik Ubhi, alongside the soon-to-be relaunched health and wellbeing list Lagom. Eades previously worked at Together Films, a marketing agency responsible for launching global film festivals and supporting major UK film releases, creating digital strategies to reach targeted audiences. She will report to Steve Dumughn, marketing director for adult trade publishing.
Eades commented: “I’m thrilled to become part of the team at Bonnier Books UK as marketing manager, working across the new and relaunched non-fiction imprints. I'm truly excited to work with the creative marketing team and wider business to develop innovative ways of reaching new audiences, and growing the Bonnier brand.”
Dumughn added: ‘I’m thrilled to welcome Vicky and Francesca to the marketing team, at such an exciting moment for our adult trade publishing. Both have demonstrated exemplary marketing skills at Head of Zeus and Together Films respectively and in a short space of time have built up impressive track records of success. Bringing on board such talented marketers with the ability to reach and engage consumers through insight and expertise will be crucial in helping us deliver on our ambitious plans for growth."
Joss will join the company in mid July, while Eades starts in early August.
