Agent Zoe King is leaving The Blair Partnership after seven years to join A M Heath.
She will move to her new role on 18th June to “develop an exciting list primarily focused around commercial non-fiction”.
King is currently senior agent and partner at The Blair Partnership after joining as a partner at its inception seven years ago, working alongside founder Neil Blair to build the company. She has worked with Blair on J K Rowling’s new commercial publishing activity and previously enjoyed stints at the Christopher Little and Darley Anderson agencies.
Blair said: “Zoe joined me when I started the company and was instrumental in the development of the agency. We are so sad to see her go but I am extremely grateful for her contribution and delighted that she leaves it in such great health. A M Heath will be lucky to have her on their team.”
Bill Hamilton, m.d. of A M Heath said: “A M Heath are delighted that Zoe is joining the agency bringing such depth and breadth of experience, especially in author branding and commercial non-fiction. As we head towards our centenary and expand the company to represent new generations of prestigious and bestselling authors, we are very happy to add her highly complementary skills to A M Heath’s successful team of agents.”
King says: “After seven great years at TBP I am looking forward to finding and developing new voices. I am excited to be joining the team at A M Heath.”
She will be available on zoe.king@amheath.com.
