Knights Of buys four-book series by Jason Reynolds

Inclusive publisher Knights Of has acquired the UK, Irish and Commonwealth rights to a four-book, 9+ series by Jason Reynolds.

The Run series (known as Track in the US) is about four children from different backgrounds who have been chosen to compete in an elite athletics team. Knights Of, which published Reynold’s verse novel For Every One earlier this year, acquired the series in a “competitive” auction and will publish the first title Ghost on 7th February.

The other books in the series are entitled Patina, Sunny and Lu.  

“I'm honoured that Knights Of will be publishing the Run Series,” said Reynolds. “I believe in the work and mission of this young company and really wanted to be part of such an exciting movement. The same fervour and passion found in Ghost, Patina, Sunny and Lu—the irreverence, creativity, and honesty found in their voices—are also exhibited in the publishing process and general constitution of Knights Of.”
