Former footballer's wife Lizzie Cundy has filmed a "making of" documentary for her new autobiography, co-written with ex-Bonnier c.e.o Richard Johnson.
The film promises to lift the lid on how Cundy and Johnson's conversations turned into the final printed copy of Tales from the Red Carpet. The book, published on 20th May by Johnson's company Soho Friday Media, has been billed as a tell-all account of Cundy's showbiz secrets, with stories on everyone from Meghan Markle to Al Pacino.
Available to download from 22nd May, those who pre-order the film will be entered into a draw to attend its launch party in May. They will also be sent the book's three-page prologue detailing how Cundy locked Mickey Rourke in the boot of her car before being stopped by police as she drove through London.
According to Soho Friday the full book will detail how she managed to fight back after the breakdown of her marriage to ex-Premier League footballer Jason Cundy and became "Queen of the WAGs".
Johnson's involvement comes after an eventful year that saw him leave Bonnier after nine years in charge. That ousting led to his own memoir, Show Me Your Medals, where he described himself as the "disruptor in chief of a whole industry".
He has since founded web-based publishing firm Soho Friday Media with fellow ex-Bonnier colleagues John Blake and Derek Freeman.
