Mitchell Beazley has acquired body-transformation expert Louise Parker's third book, Louise Parker: The 6 Week Programme, promising readers "a habit reset to reshape your body for life".
The book contains 72 new recipes and exercises as part of "a motivational programme" guiding readers on how to reset their lifestyle and make themselves a priority.
Eleanor Maxfield, editorial director at Octopus, acquired world rights all languages from Heather Holden-Brown and will publish on 27th December 2018 as a £20 hardback. It follows Lean For Life: The Cookbook and Lean For Life (both also published by Octopus).
Parker, the book's author, commented: "I’m delighted to be working with Octopus again on my third book, offering followers of the Louise Parker Method a motivating weekly format that guides them through the programme, with fresh
new recipes (many of which are vegetarian) and three new workouts. I remain on a mission to end fad dieting and offer honest, dietician approved help for those wanting to regain their body with lasting habits."
