Hardman said: “Kate’s regular posts to her huge online community of one million Instagram followers are incredibly inspiring. Not only is she a great fitness ambassador, but she also talks so openly about how working out helps her overcome anxiety too. Her brilliant plan is simple to follow, effective and can fit into even the busiest of lives. I’m so excited to be working with Kate as she shares her passion for leading a healthy lifestyle.”
Wright added: “Working out and keeping fit are a way of life to me, it’s as much about feeling good as it is about looking good. I’m so excited to be releasing a workout plan and some of my general lifestyle tips that anyone can follow at home or in the gym. I hope this book will help everyone to feel fitter, happier and be more accepting of themselves.”
