Michael O’Mara Books has announced an exclusive sales and distribution partnership with Australian gift publishing specialist Journey of Something. This collaboration will bring a range of products to a UK audience.
Founded in 2018 by "art enthusiasts" Nicola Caras and Lauren Seeman, Journey of Something is dedicated to "artful ways to play". The company produces puzzles, games, and art kits to "relax the mind, beautify spaces, and highlight the works of emerging and established artists".
The launch list of 13 titles with Michael O’Mara Books—including jigsaws, paint-by-number kits and family games —will be showcased at this year’s Top Drawer design-led retail fair, taking place at Olympia, London, from the 8th to 10th of September and released the following month.
Caras said: “Bringing Journey of Something to the UK has always been a goal of ours, so we are excited for this game changing part of the journey—puns intended!”
Lesley O’Mara, managing director at Michael O’Mara, added: “This partnership perfectly aligns with our LOM ART imprint’s dedication to showcasing talented artists and fostering creativity in people of all ages. We are really pleased to be working with Journey of Something to bring these fun and innovative gifts to the UK market.”
